Palmerston Fall Fair

Organized by the Palmerston Agricultural Society, the Palmerston fair often features a parade, farmer’s market, pet show, children’s carnival, pedal tractor pull and auction. First organized in 1879, it continues to this day, occurring annually in August.

NDSS Community Shopping Night

Jeff Davie Memorial 3-Pitch Tournament

An annual 3-Pitch tournament in memory of Jeff Davie who passed away in 2008 from a brain tumour. All proceeds go to support local recreation groups in Minto.

Cool Cones Crawl

In celebration of the Canada Packers Reunion taking place August 11, 2018 and the history of York Ice Cream production in Harriston, the Minto Cultural Roundtable and the Harriston Downtown Revitalization Committee have teamed up to launch an outdoor public art exhibit titled “Cool Cones”.

Minto Farmers' Market

The Minto Farmers’ Market season runs from June through August with local vendors offering fresh produce, home baking, honey, meat, and other items to customers every Saturday morning in Palmerston at the  Railway Heritage Museum.

Harriston-Minto 158th Fall Fair

The Harriston-Minto Fall Fair takes place annually on the third weekend in September. Features often include a midway, silent auction, talent show, parade, antique vehicle show and demolition derby. The fair is the Harriston-Minto Agricultural Society’s main event and a part of Minto’s heritage for over 150 years.
